Packing daycare lunches can feel stressful! You can’t control how the meal is served, if they’ll even touch it, or what’s provided if meals are included 🥲

Does my toddler eat everything I send?? Some days yes, some days no. And that’s totally normal!
What matters is still sending variety + new foods for exposure so they have the opportunity to try them

One of my clients went from only sending “safe” foods to confidently packing a mix of safe + new foods. Another client saw her toddler go from bread & milk only, to now eating majority of lunch at daycare including a variety of fruit & veg (some she never thought she’d touch 🥹)

That’s the difference between worried & stressed 👉🏼 to confident & relaxed about your toddler’s nutrition bc they are capable w the right support!!
