If you’re new here hiii🤗 this is my weekly habit bc as a working mom of two littles & wife to a firefighter, weeks can be busy solo parenting. Prepping some items for the week helps me a ton!

Here’s what I prepped this week👇🏼
– yogurt oatmeal waffles
– black bean brownie bites
– chia pudding (to top with fruit for snack)
– veggie meatballs & sweet potato wedges (both sheet pans in the oven at the same time)
*everything can be no added sugar & salt, allergy modifications if needed (brownie bites aren’t for sis)

Prepping looks diff for everyone, so find what works for you 🫶🏼 whether that’s washing/cutting fruit, batching muffins, or precutting veggies to throw into meals — being one step ahead will help your future self I promise!!!

Even making extra throughout the weekend is helpful! Like the waffles I made Sunday morning for brekkie, then I made the meatballs & wedges for Sunday night dinner but made extra for leftovers (vs setting aside __ time to prep!)

And tbh doing this even helps my husband know what he can feed sister on dada duty days 😂
