Toddler surviving on air some days?!👇🏼

Same😂 or at least it feels like it sometimes!!

Literally after dinner this weekend, my husband goes “tiff he’s barely eaten anything, what do we do” & I was like “I mean … what do you think we do?” (honestly he’s never questioned it until that day)

And it got me thinking about all my clients who have said this very same thing - “is this normal?” “what do I do!” “how do I get them to eat more?”

I GET it — it can be so hard not to worry when it feels like they’ve eaten next to nothing!! But here’s the thing: it’s normal for toddler appetites to shift day by day🥲 whether it’s teething, growth, sickness, constipation, or snacking, there are so many reasons why they might not eat much on a given day

Yes, if it’s happening for long stretches or you feel like something’s off, def ask your pedi about it! But if it’s a random day or two, then try & reflect on the day, the previous day, how they’re feeling, etc
