Why could this work??
Bc it removes the pressure & brings you into their world! Think about how you are when you’re playing imaginary play — do you do that same at the dinner table? or do you sit in silence waiting for them to take a bite? 🙂‍↕️

It also gives them a sense of control! Let them serve you instead of you always serving them or let them plate their own food

Yes it may get a little messy & truthfully my husband was actually annoyed I did this esp with pizza 😂 if you’re one who cringes at the mess, then start w less messy food options!
