WRANGLERS WANTED
Saddle up and ride for the Diamond Cross Ranch. It will be a summer to remember in 2026. We are on the lookout for a few talented folks to join our team as Wranglers. 

THE EXPERIENCE
This is a high-level position requiring significant, proven experience in horseback riding and horse handling. We are looking for true horsemen and horsewomen who are comfortable guiding guests of all skill levels while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. You must be a self-starter who understands that ranch work is demanding and often requires long hours in various weather conditions. You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside and learn from the legendary Grant Golliher grantgolliher ) and Kyle Halseth kyle__halseth so a coachable mindset is essential.

THE REQUIREMENTS
This position is a seasonal commitment from May 1st through October 25th, 2026. Only applicants who can commit to the full duration of the season will be considered. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, have their own reliable vehicle for personal use, and be a US citizen. Please note that this role requires heavy lifting, physical stamina, and a consistently positive, outgoing personality even during long workdays.
