❗️Starting over isn’t from scratch,  it’s from experience.

I’ve failed. Repeated habits I swore I’d break. Overthought myself into circles.
But I’ve also grown. Learned. Shown up.

Accountability isn’t perfection. It’s seeing your patterns, owning your mistakes, and choosing better anyway.
I’m human. I’ll keep restarting until it sticks.
