* Heavy cream

* Black truffle cheese
* Truffle salt
* squeeze of lemon juice

Truffle Vodka Martini:
* 2 & 1/2 oz. plain vodka or truffle vodka
* 1/4 oz. dry vermouth swished around the glass then discarded
* drops of truffle oil on top
* lemon twist for garnish
