Buildings across Liverpool lit up green to honour The Vivienne, one year on from her death.

She died on 3 January 2025 at the age of 32 from cardiac arrest as a result of taking k*tamine.

On the the one year anniversary of her death, iconic buildings across Liverpool – including the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool – lit up in honour of her memory.

John Hyland, organiser, posted a video showing the light on TikTok: "A huge, heartfelt thank you to every venue, building and organisation that has went green tonight to honour our friend, James, The Vivienne on from their passing."

"Liverpool has been a sight to behold, and it truly brought a tear to my eye seeing this city and its people support one of its own."
