Go from foul pole to foul pole non stop catching as many balls as you can to see what you’re made of on the grass! This will test your reaction time & it forces you to make quick decisions & reads on the ball to make the catch. Plus it’s a fun game to play to see who can come out on top (As you can see by my lack of air, you will get tired lol) - but Don’t think, just do!
