Suffolk County police identified the woman whose body was discovered on a boat docked off Montauk as Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra, 33, a Manhattan resident and co-founder of a fashion label.

A “preliminary investigation and exam,” were both “inconclusive regarding the cause of death,” Suffolk police said in a news release.
