Happy New Year 2026 to everyone! We’re kicking it off with serious energy and already some impressive results for Team Belgium! Here’s the recap ⤵️

1️⃣ Gilles Thomas takes his first ever Mechelen Jumping victory! The Belgian didn’t flinch at home and walks away with the title. 🏇

2️⃣ Larissa Pauluis left nothing for her rivals. Still in Mechelen, she won both the Grand Prix Dressage and the Grand Prix Freestyle. Simply world class. 🐴

3️⃣ Jana Van Lent starts 2026 with breaking both the European and Belgian Record in the 10km road race, previously held by Paula Radcliffe (2003) and Chloé Herbiet (2025). Catch her if you can! 🏃‍♀️

4️⃣ Kim Meylemans stays in the zone! After two wins already this season, she begins 2026 with another top-8 finish in the Winterberg World Cup. Keep your eyes on her. 🧊
