SPICY TORTELLINI made with @taste_republic gluten-free & kosher Four Cheese Tortellini🔥 honestly couldn’t tell that this was gluten free at all! Taste Republic pastas are sold @wholefoods and on their website. RECIPE BELOW⬇️

You’ll need: 1 package of tortellini, olive oil, about 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tube tomato paste, 1 shallot, 3 cloves garlic, basil, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper

To make: Finely chop shallot and garlic and cook over medium heat in a little olive oil until shallots are a bit translucent and garlic is fragrant. 
Add in tomato paste, mix a little bit.
Add in heavy cream, mix and turn heat to medium-low.
As sauce is simmering (you want to cook until the tomato paste flavor is no longer bitter), add in spices, basil and parmesan.
While sauce is on low heat, cook @taste_republic tortellini for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. 
Reserve a little pasta water, drain tortellini and add it to the spicy sauce. 
Add a little pasta water until consistency is nice (you can always add more cheese to thicken the sauce if needed)
