BOLOGNESE PASTA with the help of my @ninjakitchen Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverDull™ Cutlery😍 #SponsoredByNinja These premium knives have NeverDull™ Technology that stay razor-sharp for over 10 years!!! The built-in sharpening system is so convenient and allowed me to cut the veggies for this amazing sauce perfectly😙👌🏼RECIPE DEETS BELOW⬇️

You’ll need:
- 2 small-medium carrots chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- About 2 lb ground beef
- About 2 cups crushed tomatoes (add more if you need)
- 1-2 tbsp tomato paste
- About 1/3 cup red wine
- A few tbsp of vegan sour cream
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
- Pasta
- Basil
- Olive oil

To make:
1. Finely chop veggies with your Ninja Foodi Cutlery (I used the 8” chef knife for this step and it worked awesome)
2. Add a bit of olive oil in the pan, cook down veggies for a min and add meat and break it up in the pan until it’s cooked
3. Drain excess fat
4. Add in tomato paste, tomatoes, red wine and seasoning
5. Cook on low for about 25-40 min until sauce comes together nicely
6. Add in a little vegan sour cream for some creaminess
7. Cook pasta and mix with sauce to your liking
8. Garnish plates with basil (I cut up the basil with the shears from the knife set!)
9. Serve with a side of warm bread - I felt very professional cutting the bread with the Ninja bread knife😎
10. ENJOY!
