Choose one of our three brand-new programs: Simply Strong with Stef Corgel, Pilates Fusion with Leah Maselli, or Power Prime with Sean Harris.

Start your program in the Centr App, and every workout you complete counts toward the program’s total each week.

Each Monday, we’ll post the standings to see which program is in the lead and putting in the most work. Every week, one member from the winning program will earn a chance to win Centr equipment used in their training.
