Another college in #Ontario says they are preparing for further potential program and job cuts, as they face a large decline in international students ‼️🎓

The president of #StClairCollege says they are hoping for more funding to help relieve financial pressures after seeing a 23% decline in enrolment 

The college had already suspended 18 programs
