procrastinating one thing will almost always lead to  procrastinating in something else. it took me a whole year to finally treat myself to a full body massage. i told myself that i couldn’t afford it and that i would do it later, and later took me all the way to 2026. 

whether it’s an idea, an assignment, or just a self-care moment, don’t leave it until later — treat it like there’s only 2 items left in stock. jump on it! life waits for nobody, so what are we doing waiting to do more things later? let’s not😗☺️
