Protein Pumpkin Bread Recipe
-120g oat flour (can sub alternative flour of choice)
-60g Nutrimeal Active Vanilla protein powder, around ~3 scoops
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1 tsp cinnamon
-91g nonfat greek yogurt
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-75g agave syrup
-75g pure maple syrup
-1 large egg
-214g canned pumpkin
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Bake at 325 degrees F in a sprayed 9x5 loaf pan for 45-60 minutes. Cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
