😩 Yeah… fried rice is officially ruined for me unless it’s yo_nyc x chefjoy.nyc's collab at wayla.nyc. The menu’s wrapped (for now), but I’m manifesting a reunion because this one changed me.

Chef Yo breathes new life into Thai street food—playful, bold, and low-key unhinged in the best way possible (yes, that corn dog-battered sai-ua sausage tho! 👀).

But the character that steals the spotlight?! -- the katzsdeli Basil Fried Rice 🔥 Hand-cut pastrami folded into Thai fried rice (🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️), seared and served tableside in a sizzling hot-stone pot.
