I’ve added paying renters insurance to my list of responsibilities and it is FOR SURE the right call. 🥰

All tenants will have basic renters insurance included in their rent moving forward. However, they are absolutely allowed to choose a more comprehensive plan. But if they choose a more expensive plan, they will have to pay extra which I track through their online rentrediofficial account.

But now I’m faced with a dilemma. What do I do when a tenant doesn’t pay their rent? I’d love to know your thoughts!
