You really should be making gnocchi! I was reminded of just how easy AND simple it is when I took this recipe from katieparla for a spin a few days ago. Chances are you have a potato or two lurking g about, and you surely have flour and salt. I've never tried GF flour here, but I bet it would work fine! The recipe is from Katie's new book ROME which is just as much a guidebook to the eternal city as it is a cookbook. It's all up on Susanality tomorrow morning, hitting inboxes at 9 am.
