🌜❤️🌛 Here are a couple of versions of my favorite Half Moon pose. Yoga postures, #asanas, share similarities across different styles and lineages. Sometimes, the names vary, and the same name can refer to different postures. I enjoy embracing this uniqueness and celebrating the diversity in my practice.
