Happy New Year.
It’s 2026.
I still can’t believe I’m saying that.

Which brings me to something I heard recently that stopped me cold:

“Procrastination is the arrogant assumption that God owes you another opportunity to do what you had time to do.”

Read that again.

Because most people don’t miss their moment due to lack of talent.
They miss it because they keep waiting for a sure thing.
A permanent thing.
A guaranteed outcome.

They want certainty before commitment.
Security before sacrifice.
Results before EFFORT!

But that’s not how opportunity works.

Opportunity doesn’t show up as a handout.
It shows up as a door.
A crack.
A chance that requires faith before proof.

And too many people stare at that door…
waiting for it to become a hallway.

What if the thing you’re avoiding in 2026 
the uncomfortable thing,
the unclear thing,
the thing that scares you 

Is exactly the thing that changes everything?

What if the opportunity isn’t the end result you’re hoping for…
but the process you’re being invited into?

What if instead of spreading yourself thin,
you went all-in on one thing this year?

One mission.
One commitment.
One standard.

What would your life look like at the end of 2026 if you actually gave everything you had to something worth fighting for?

Here’s the hard truth:
Opportunity is already being given.
Most people just don’t recognize it 
because it doesn’t arrive wrapped in certainty.

From where I stand, there’s nothing more frustrating than showing someone the blueprint…
opening the door…
and watching them hesitate because it isn’t guaranteed.

Progress doesn’t require permission.
It requires buy-in.

So here’s my challenge for 2026:

Don’t wait at the edge of the pool.
Jump… even if you’re not sure the water’s there.

Don’t stand at the base of the mountain asking for reassurance. CLIMB!

Don’t procrastinate your purpose assuming there will be another chance.

Embrace the opportunity.
Commit fully.
And stay consistent to that commitment. ALL year long.

Because the ones who win in 2026
won’t be the most certain…

They’ll be the most COMMITTED.
