The “New York State Child Care for All” plan to achieve universal child care in New York is a result of years of listening to parents (including some of our very own MomsRising mamas!), child care providers, and community leaders and advocates. It has been carefully informed by those directly affected, and looks at child care through an equity lens. It takes into account the realities of child care access and affordability across New York State.

We have been sounding the alarm on child care for years, meeting lawmakers in Albany and in our communities, and sharing your stories to help lawmakers understand the child care struggles that families across New York State face.
