A sinkhole could be seen in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane neighborhood Tuesday morning by Chopper 3. 

A set of cones and barriers blocked off the hole near an intersection around Rodney and North Wister streets. 

A Philadelphia Water Department vehicle could be seen in the area as neighbors say their water was shutoff overnight.
