President Trump says the U.S. is now in charge of Venezuela following a weekend raid to capture Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores.
 
The couple faces narco-terrorism charges in New York.
 
The Department of Justice accuses the couple of ordering kidnappings, beatings, and murders of those who owed them drug money or undermined their alleged drug trafficking operation. 
President Trump has said the U.S. will temporarily run the country while it transitions from one leader to the next -- to quote -- "get the oil flowing."
 
Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio suggests the U.S. would not govern Venezuela daily--but will enforce an existing "oil quarantine."
 
Venezuela's interim president, Delcy Rodríguez -- who served as vice president under Maduro -- is hoping for a respectful collaboration.
 
Meanwhile, a former NATO commander warns that Saturday's military operation in Venezuela could open doors for other countries to do the same.
