Spending the evening making mole negro from start to finish reminded me how much intention, patience, and history live inside a single sauce. Nothing rushed. Nothing random. Every step mattered. Huge appreciation to manchamantelesrestaurant and chef_geno for creating a class that’s equal parts hands-on, thoughtful, and genuinely memorable. If you love food experiences that go deeper than just tasting, this one really stays with you. Save this for later or send it to your food bestie! #manchamanteleschicago #kingofmole #chicagosbestmole #chicagorestaurants #sherriesavorsthecity ## Stats - **Views:** 10,663 - **Likes:** 874 - **Shares:** 0 - **Comments:** 37 ## Credits No public credits are recorded here.
