This is ACTUALLY a light and lovely sauce! Using the bacon 🥓 and a little cream just gives it the perfect Smokey LIGHT creaminess! It’s like a carbonara but minus the egg yolks and timing ⏱️ The flavor combo is one of my absolute favorites… it’s VERY fresh and do NOT skip the lemon! That little squeeze of brightness 🍋 makes the difference between a delicious dish and a 😳 omg… HOW did you MAKE THIS?!?! dish!
