Episode Nine | Bao Buns 🐖🐓🦐

1/3 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
1Tbsp active dry yeast
4Tbsp sugar
1Tbsp oil
2 1/2 cups AP flour
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp baking powder

1. Combine water, milk, yeast and half the sugar into a bowl. 
2. Combine flour, salt, half the sugar, and baking powder in another bowl.
3. After 10 min, add oil to yeast mix and combine bowls.
4. Mix for 3-4 minutes
5. Rest on counter in greased bowl for 2 hours
6. Roll out, shape, fold, and then rest another 30minutes. 
7. Steam for 9 minutes
8. Add in toppings :)
