🏗️ ACIPCO’s $790M+ PROJECT WILL CREATE 80 HIGH-PAYING JOBS: The American Cast Iron Pipe Company (ACIPCO) has solicited a jobs grant from Jefferson County Commission, according to the agenda for the JCC’s Thu, 1/8 meeting. 
 
The project would:
— Replace existing furnaces
— Create a new lining + coating facility
— Add new casting machines
— Establish a new employee center
 
💰The estimated capital investment is over $793M
 
👷‍♂️80 jobs would be created that pay $55/hr ($114k/year)
