Several hundred people gathered Wednesday night at Terry Schrunk Plaza in downtown Portland for a protest and candlelight vigil after Minneapolis resident Renee Nicole Good was fatally shot earlier that day by an ICE agent. People held candles and signs reading “ICE kills,” chanted “ICE out of Portland,” and called for the South Portland ICE facility to be shut down.
