A few weeks at home meant I could really send it in the gym before heading back on the road ✈️

Trap bar deadlift is a firm favourite.
 2026 goal: ‘Rainbow bar’ (1 of each coloured big plate on each side) for reps (164kg) 🌈 
📊 Current PB: 134kg - 3x4

Big jump… but that’s what goals are for 😏
