A Bite of Mike’s Hot Honey History 🍕🌶️🍯

We took a trip to Philly to visit our friends at pauliegeessoulcityslice .  derekgiannone’s favorite pie was the hot soppressata. So, Paulie nicknamed it the “Delboy”, a common nickname for “Derek” in the UK. When Mike’s Hot Honey hit the pie, it became “Fire Up the Delboy”…until a customer said, “Just call it the Hellboy.” And the rest is history.
