• Experience in grants administration and management, and/or a Bachelor’s degree in arts or nonprofit management. ⁠
• Strong database management skills, inclusive of grant management systems, project management systems, and spreadsheet data. ⁠
• The ability to develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with members of the arts community. ⁠
• Excellent time management and initiative/accountability for meeting department needs. ⁠

This full-time, hybrid position (remote Mondays and Fridays) offers a salary of $54,500 and a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid health insurance and retirement contributions.⁠
