When we get a hankering for sushi, there’s only a couple of spots in the Triad that come to mind, and hokkaidoramensushi is at the top! 

We have enjoyed everything from the tonkatsu ramen, pork belly bao buns, hibachi bowls, and an assortment of sushi rolls and it smacks every. single. time.
