I’m sending you a message you better catch it.

Yesterday wasn’t comfortable for everyone.

Emotions were high.
Debate everywhere.
Controversy. Frustration. Disappointment.

But here’s the truth and I say this with respect.

Morocco 🇲🇦 were the better team.

Clearer.
More composed.
More consistent over 90 minutes.

And this is where the illusion shows up.

When things don’t go our way, it’s easy to hide behind:
• circumstances
• referees
• moments
• intentions

But high performance doesn’t live there.

When you want to be the best really the best 
you don’t leave room for debate.

You don’t leave space for one or few decisions to decide your fate.
You dominate so clearly that excuses don’t survive.

That’s not football.
That’s life.
At work.
In leadership.
In relationships.

Now about our beloved Cameroon.🇨🇲 💚❤️💛
There’s no shame in this.
No loss of dignity.
No reason to feel small.

This team fought.

They showed heart, character, and resilience.

They represented something real the values of the country.

Pride doesn’t come from perfection.

It comes from standing up, even when it’s hard.
And they made us proud! 🙌🏾

The illusion is thinking emotion changes outcomes.
The truth is standards do.
You can feel hurt.
You can feel frustrated.

But you still face reality and grow from it.

Kill the illusion.
Face the truth early.
Raise the level so high that nothing external can take from you.

When you want to take what’s yours,
you do it with dignity.
You do it with clarity.
You command.
