In the 22 years she's been with Oshkosh, Catherine says the available tools, resources and support have empowered her to pursue new skills to develop her career and explore opportunities within the organization. 

"I started my career as a new engineer and progressed my technical capabilities through electrical, software and controls. Early on, I was afforded the opportunity to develop team members. I was solely responsible for the Global Tech Software (GTS) team, and under my leadership, the GTS team grew from six team members to over 40 with various engineering disciplines. 

Oshkosh has also supported me in furthering my education. I earned a master's degree and completed a second undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering giving me both business acumen and technical savvy to interface with cross-functional teams within the organization." #MoveForward #TeamOshkosh
