1:10:08 || new half PR at Houston yesterday 💥

This was only my second half marathon, but I’m so happy to have knocked over a minute off my PR! I’m still getting to know this distance, but yesterday’s race was so fun. I was able to link up with an amazing group of guys and click off 5:20(ish) pace for the first 10 miles before closing hard. Halves are so enjoyable bc you really feel like you’re on a team with the people around you 🤗 huge s/o to Martin & Connor who let me shamelessly draft off of them for many miles 😅 I couldn’t have done it without you guys! 

My sister and I got to do this race together which made the pre-race nerves and the 3:30AM wake up call much more manageable 🥲 Tay ended up running a huge PR of her own: 77:29!! 🔥🔥
