## Caption

Q. What will happen to existing tickets or passes when the new system starts?
A. Customers will be able to exchange existing tickets and passes for equal fare value on their #MyTARC card at Union Station starting December 3, 2018. 
Paper tickets, paper passes and paper transfers will no longer be accepted starting January 7, 2019.
