A woman can be both thunder and calm seas. 

In my understanding of the worlds views strength has been seen as a gender specific right that is apparently unbecoming of a woman yet in my opinion femininity isn’t an aesthetic ; it’s an energy that is capable of building , healing, following and leading. 

I lean into the beautifully protective armour I have encased myself within and adore the resilient character I’ve shaped during the relentless hours I spent building my outter frame. 

Here’s to redefining what it means to be both physically and mentally strong . Here’s to honoring both your hard body and your soft heart, your fight and your gentle flow. 💫
