The destination is what gives you the goal but the journey is what gives you everything else ⭐ 

I want to celebrate the “everything else” weightlifting has given me whilst I flick over images of worlds ! Swipe for a peak at the last decade I’ve had in Olympic weightlifting leading up to the biggest comp of my career. 

I can’t believe that first picture is me trying to figure out snatch grip , hook grip, knees out, why no shoes ? Whys  my head back like that ? What’s going on with my ankles ?!
