Sport changed my life and became my life when it gave me purpose , personal strength, self belief and future goals. 

Today I stand holding my Team Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 singlet at Sports Scotland performance centre as we prepare to travel to Norway in October  and compete at The World championships. 

I absolutely grafted for this feeling and it’s been worth every single sacrifice I’ve ever made.
