Next Generation Fitness Kids  nextgenfitkids 

A whole fitness initiative specifically for primary age kids P1-3 & P4-7 ! This is all about getting them active, functional, strong and fit and delivering useful easy education to inspire them to grow healthy, hydrated and motivated ! 

To begin with this summer these fitness events will be held in dundee crossfitdundee_sweatbox but it’s our hope to take this initiative into schools. 

All details are regularly on my story , the Next Gen instagram page and I’ll pop links into my Bio also ! Bring your kids along , meet us all, they get a cool certificate of completion and a picture with my coaches and I !!
