Over the weekend, my kids asked if I could make carnitas for dinner this week. Yes, yes, and yes! 🤌🏻 These stovetop carnitas are everything we love—deeply savory, perfectly crisped (just broil at the end!), and finished with fresh citrus to keep things bright and balanced.

Minimal effort, big payoff—aka my favorite kind of cooking. Taco night, but make it really good.
