Over the past year, as I’ve been working toward Polish citizenship for my kids and myself, I’ve been quietly cooking my way through more Polish food at home. This simple piaskowe ciasto z owocami felt like the perfect place to start — a tender yogurt cake with berries and buttery streusel. Served with sour cream for me and John, powdered sugar for the kids.
