Hair Loss Journey Update⁠
⁠
So about two months ago, I started noticing that my hair was shedding more rapidly. Then, it started falling out in clumps. I posted a photo about it a few weeks ago and so many of you kindly shared what supplements, serums and treatments you did to combat hair loss.⁠
⁠
I wanted to be a resource for all of you, so I went through the thousands of messages and comments on the post and tries to compile a comprehensive list of suggestions. ⁠
A lot of them I am still currently researching myself, or now trying things thanks to you!⁠

I am not paid or endorsed or working with these companies. I am simply a woman who is experiencing extreme hair loss that is trying to stop the shed.⁠

Many of you asked if I had been sick lately, and I have not been. I have had blood work done by an endocrinologist and really didn’t figure out much there. Thanks to many of you, I am now going to see a functional doctor and get additional levels tested. I am also waiting to see a dermatologist that specializes in hair based on your suggestions. ⁠

Unfortunately, I’m not seeing any growth right now I’m simply trying to stop the shed. I am happy to report in the last week it has stopped coming out as much which is a huge positive but there is a long way to go to regrow it and hopefully figure out what’s happening so it doesn’t happen again.
