If only she could see us now, the full childhood vision board come to life 🥹💜 Stepping into 2026 with two research spaceflights, two babies, multiple degrees, a science career that lets my curiosity run wild, and a restless imagination that’s leading me to pursue some brand new big dreams this year.

Honestly glad I didn’t know upfront how daunting the path to get here would be (countless career dead ends and rejections and uncertainty mixed in with 8 years of secondary infertility, multiples rounds of IVF and recurrent pregnancy loss) but we MADE IT..

I did a goal-planning session with my childhood bestie for the new year and told her I feel like an evolving Pokemon finally coming into my final forms, having gone from Charmander to Charmeleon…. and this year I’m ready to go full holographic Charizard. ✨❤️🔥
