Promising the comforts of home with the ease and reliability of hotels, Mint House at Metro St. Petersburg is nearing a spring opening of its hospitality concept in the EDGE District. The building, located at 77 11th Street North, will house seven stories of 100 furnished and tech-enabled apartments available for short term rental.

The concept is to provide travelers with spacious high-tech apartments within a more hotel-style setting, offering spaces with amenities such as in-unit laundry, 24/7 digital concierge service, on-demand fitness inside the units, and even personalized options such as pre-stocked groceries. 

Mint House will also have a resort-style pool, a fitness center, and a bicycle rental program. Particularly popular among business travelers, each Mint House unit comes equipped with a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and ample workspace. No opening date has been set, though construction is nearing completion.
