If you watched the BYU vs Oregon state gymnastics competition on ESPN+ then you were hearing my voice! This was the most nervous I think I’ve been in my entire life😂 More nervous than I was to actually compete gymnastics! But after about 10 minutes, I really started to let loose and have fun!! The self talk leading up to this is what got me through it❤️
