**First due 2nd Alarm Fire**

Monday evening, shortly after 8PM, E5/L3/B2 Tour 3 were alerted to 81 E39th on  multiple calls reporting a building fire. 

Battalion 2 arrived on scene, confirmed heavy fire from floor 2 extending to the roof of the vacant Barbour Mansion, and transmitted the 2nd alarm. 

L3 set up in the driveway due to a far set back. Crews conducted an aggressive interior attack, were pulled out, fire darkened down by master streams, and then sent back in for final extinguishment
