One of the best lunches in #stpete is served at @inbetweendays.co

The Tokyo-style listening lounge and sake bar just debuted the new offering and it’s a must-try. They’re calling their daytime bites and drinks offering “Café Liner Notes”. 

The rotating prix fixe menu is meant to be reminiscent of European cafes, featuring a wine NA house beverage pairing. Currently, that’s a lavender lemonade and it’s one of the most refreshing things I’ve ever sipped on.

Diners can choose between either the meat or the vegetarian option for their entree. These dishes will rotate one menu item at a time but they’ll always make sure one of the choices is gluten-free.

You can also add on dessert and tea to your meal. This month, they have a blueberry-cardamom scone with housemate vanilla crème fraîche and a hot jasmine tea.

Check it out at 2340 1st Avenue S from 11am-2pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
